For all orders placed at KickGaming.com we charge a small Shipping and Handling fee. This amount reflects most costs associated with each item we sell, such as packaging and processing fees. All Express orders are shipped with tracking and insurance, for more details please read below. Please keep in mind that shipping orders with tracking and insurance is the best way to insure that your order is delivered safely and effectively.

To calculate the total shipping cost for your order, simply add the items you want to order to your shopping cart. The following methods are available for shipping:

  "International" means all countries outside Canada and the U.S.A.
  If your package/order is returned to us because you entered an incomplete/wrong address, then a $5 CAD handling fee will apply before we resend it.

Again, delivery Times for AIR and Expedited Shipping methods above are approximates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Tracking is not included with AIR shipping methods. Expedited shipping methods include an item number, the item number shows the progress of your package, but the status is much slower at being updated, in most cases the status of an expedited parcel is not updated until it is delivered (Delivery Confirmation).

Please ONLY contact us if your package has not been delivered and the expected date of delivery has passed.

Shipped by CanadaPost ExpressPost, you pay the post office by CASH or DEBIT when your order is delivered.

Express Cash on Delivery (COD) is available as a shipping option for Canada Only! If you order by COD, then your order will ship within 24 hours after you email us back with your order number. Please email us back your order number as confirmation that you approve the order and want us to proceed, after we receive your email we will process and ship your order.

International customers: International refers to those who live outside the U.S.A. and Canada.

For residents outside of the U.S.A. and Canada, we offer shipping by International Express or AIR (sorry no tacking available for AIR). Delivery times may vary depending on your country, but it usually takes between 7-15 business days from the time we ship your order. Although no tracking is available for international AIR buyers, if an incident does occur we will do our best to remedy the situation and assist you.

In some instances U.S.A. and International buyers may encounter a delay in delivery do to customs, or in rare circumstances a package can get lost. Delays caused by customs are common and this does NOT mean your package is lost or that you will not receive it, it is simply a delay in delivery, please be patient. However, if you do not receive your package long after the time specified and believe that it was lost in the shipping process then we will require a 15 business day grace period to verify the status of your package, during this time we ask for your cooperation and patience while we work with the shipping company to resolve the situation.
