Order Status

Please note that we do process orders on the weekend.

For all orders, once you make payment we will email you a receipt, and you will receive an email confirmation that your order and payment has been received by us, usually within 24 hours of payment.

You will receive emails from us notifying you of your order status from the time payment is made to the time your order is shipped. You can also view the status of your order online by logging into your account at KickGaming.com.

  1. Pending: Incomplete/Failed order, or payment is pending.
  2. Processing: Your payment is processing.
  3. Processed: Your payment was successful and we have reviewed your order.
  4. Shipped: Your order has shipped, and a tracking number (if available) is supplied.
  5. COD: You ordered by COD (Canada Only). Please email us back your order number as confirmation that you approve the order and want us to proceed, after we receive your email we will process and ship your order.
  6. eCheck: You have paid by eCheck, order will not ship until the eCheck clears.

All items are usually shipped within 36 hours, except on Holidays.

For all orders we ask that you please be patient while waiting for your tracking number to be e-mailed to you.

Reasons we have seen why a customer may not have received an email confirmation: The biggest reason is that our e-mail goes to the customer's bulk/junk e-mail box thinking it is spam and they miss it. You might also miss our e-mails because your e-mail inbox is full.

Checking Identification

If you place your order from an Overseas Country, or if your billing and shipping addresses are different, KickGaming.com reserves the right to request personal identification from the customer in order to verify the authenticity of the order. If we feel that something is suspicious or fraudulent, we may ask the customer to send their identification either in the form of a scanned image or by FAX. We also reserve the right to deny orders that may seem to be fraudulent. Specifics will be detailed in an email which will be sent to the customer.
