1. The internet is risky, how do I know if you are reliable?
All payments are processed with security in mind that is why we use PayPal and InternetSecure with SSL encryption, we do our best to keep your information protected, and we will never give out your details. We have never had any problems with shipping items out to our customers, and if any complications do arise we will do our best to resolve them asap. 2. Do you have a Lowest Price Guarantee?
If you find a lower price elsewhere we will beat it because we do offer a Lowest Price Guarantee. Please refer to our Lowest Price Guarantee section for more details.
You will see that our prices are very competitive. Some companies/sites, that aren't very trusted or reliable, that we have been able to locate may offer similar items at cheaper prices but be warned these places may require you send payment via western union or bank transfer, have super long delivery times, have no warranties or expensive shipping costs. We are an authorized reseller and, as we say, we are the lowest price to your door.

3. How come I have not received my order confirmation?
We get this question quite a bit and we hope this will ease
the customers' minds. For all orders, once you make payment
we will e-mail you a confirmation that your order and payment
has been received by us.
All items are usually shipped within 24 hours, except on Holidays. After
we process and ship your item we will e-mail you the tracking
number.
For all orders we ask that you please
be patient while waiting for your tracking number to be e-mailed
to you.
There are other reasons we have seen why a customer may not have received confirmation: The biggest reason is that our e-mail goes to the customer's bulk/junk e-mail box thinking it is spam and they miss it. You might also miss our e-mails because your e-mail inbox is full.

4. Can you tell me more about shipping methods and rates?
Shipping reflects all costs associated with each item we sell, such as packaging and handling. We have a variety of shipping methods available, please click here for more information about shipping.

5. Can you ship by Cash On Delivery COD?
Express Cash on Delivery (C.O.D) is available as a shipping option for Canada Only! If you order by COD, then your order will ship after you email us back with your order number. Please email us back your order number as confirmation that you approve the order and want us to proceed, after we receive your email we will process and ship your order.

6. What is the Kick Gaming phone number?
At this time we ONLY have a Kick Gaming Resolution Center telephone number. Please call ONLY if you are a victim of fraud, did not authorize a purchase, or do not recognize a purchase made from our site. For all other questions or concerns please use our contact form, you should receive a response from our contact form within 24 hours.

7. Who should I send my PayPal payment to?
Any manual PayPal payments should be made to: sales@kickgaming.com
Our system has been tested extensively and during the checkout process you will be directed to the appropriate PayPal payment page if that is the payment method you choose.

8. Can you tell me how your back-orders work?
Back Order: This product is currently not in stock; however we have placed an order with the vendor. When an item is on back-order, you may purchase the item before we have it back in stock. Customers who back-order get their copies shipped first.
Our site will sometimes state the date when your back-order will ship (if the date is known), or in some cases we will give an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival), or date items are expected to be in stock. We try to be 100% accurate with these dates, and are usually never off
by more than 1 business day (plus or minus).

Sorry we do not allow pick-ups because we do not have a store or office open to the public. If you are in our area, then delivery time is only 1-2 business days. If you don't like buying online with credit card, then we can ship to you by C.O.D. (Canada only).
